Service Rep, was very nice. But the problem was I had to take my car back to fix for three time with window rolling problems. I purchased it last year. This was first time I bought Lexus. I drove BMW for over 25 years. If I knew I got problems like this I would not purchase it. Hopefully this time will be fine. If it is happening again I will return this car.

Robin is very nice but this time longo did not give me back my spare keys . I need to make a second trip to pick up the spare keys which is inconvenient to me. Also longo notified me late at 7:10 pm so could not get the spare key at the same day .
