The car had a steering problem after I brought it in for service last week. Although the report said, after last weeks service, that the front brakes had 5 mm of effectiveness, when I brought the car in today I was told the front brakes had only 3 mm. And therefore needed to be replaced. So the assessment of last week was in error, which is disappointing. I was also not sure if the analysis today was accurate as last week was wrong. I believed I had no choice but to go ahead today with the brake replacement. Interestingly, the tires seemed much better balanced after today which made me wonder if that was the problem. Sorry to go on so long but this was the first time I have been concerned with the service work at Longo.

My car was dent during the service. and, now they’re saying the dent was already there. It wasn’t true. My car didn’t have a dent and now it has a dent. It’s unfortunate. i came to maintain my car, and now it requires more fixing. so sad!
