I’ve had many cars, including several Mercedes and Lexus vehicles in the past.
I have had many Service Advisors work with me on those vehicles but never one as FANTASTIC as John Chang!!! He is efficient, incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. He is genuinely caring and always on top of it! I can’t express how wonderful John is!
