I bought a certified Lexus less than 2 years ago and the battery has already failed and I do not understand why I would need to pay for a replacement battery when I was made to believe than this would be covered by the warranty since the vehicle was certified and had 2 years of free maintenance.
I think the marketing and advertising related to Lexus certified vehicles is very misleading for consumers and will file a complaint with the regulators.
