Usually, Edgar informs me of the findings of the vehicle inspection before work is performed. Kelly did not notify me of the need for/cost of windshield wiper service & installation; I would've had them done while I was there. Other than that, Kelly was an excellent professional, inquiring about my knee surgery & discussing the options for the Smog test. I appreciate his stepping in for Edgar; however, I'll make sure Edgar is available before my next service visit.

It seemed as if the service rep was pushing to sell me something. My vehicle was a simple fix. The interior light had a burnt bulb. When I check it the button would stick. When I opened the door it doesn’t come on. This was probably the worst service I’ve received at longo. Very disappointed.
