Not happy at all.
I told Marshall to have someone pick me up at 3:30pm so that I need to be somewhere that afternoon when I drop my car for serve in the morning.
3:35 no one pick me up. I had to call your serving Dept. Serving Dept said Marshall did not tell them to pick me up. So they order Uber to pick me up.
Uber pick me up at 4pm. I got to your office and told to Marshall and asked him why he did not send someone to pick me up at 3:30pm. Instead he could say he forgot and sorry. He said I did not response to his text. His text just said the repair is done. The other repair if I want to do he has to order the part.
He also said he call.
But I check my phone list and did not see he call. He said he did not leave message. Why he did not leave message.
I also said he told me he will text me when I drop the car . That is not true also. He never told me that he will text me..
This could be done with simple apology and said he forgot to send someone to pick me up at 3:30. Instead he argued and said it is my fault not respond his text. But his text did not ask me to respond just inform me that the repair job is done.
