I had asked James to make sure my cabin filters were fine and brake pads and rotors were st proper thickness. I didn’t receive anything feedback on the condition of my cabin filters or the measurement of my brakes. Additionally, upon retrieving my vehicle the pick up line was horrible and took +10 minutes to get out of the pick up line.

Everything was perfect my service provider Deep always goes above and beyond for me and my family and takes care of my car! The only complaint I have is my car wash was awful I have a black car and had so many water spots I noticed as I did just get a full detail two weeks ago and my windows and the water spots are everywhere other than that everything was excellent
