Michael provided excellent customer service. The only thing I would change about my experience is not from Michael but the fact that all my settings for seat and mirrors were changed from my settings. I had programmed my seat preferences in L1 but when I pushed L1, it was different from where I set it. This isn’t a big deal, just a little annoying is all. This won’t prevent me from getting my car serviced there and I’d totally recommend others to go there. This is said in the spirit of providing honest feedback.

First, when the driver didn't show up at the scheduled time to pick up my vehicle, there was no communication and I had to call the service department and found out Ruben was out sick. Finally someone showed up 2 and half hours later to pick up my vehicle. Around 4:30pm,I received a text saying my car is ready for pick-up. I was under the impression that my car will be delivered. I called customer service again and asked for Frank but he was with a customer. I told customer service I cannot come this afternoon and she told me I can come tomorrow morning. At this point, I figured out I just had to pick up myself and my car will not be delivered. When I went in the next morning, I parked my loaner car at spot #7 and went in to the cashier. I was stopped by Camille Miguel at shuttle desk and she said I cannot park my loaner car in the front and I had to move the loaner to the backdoor. I said okay and there's a change of procedure because for the past 10+ years I was told to park the loaner and then head to cashier. Camille Miguel said no it has always been this way there's no change of procedure. She made me feel like I am at DMV and I didn't foll.ow the rule. I certainly didn't feel like I am the customer. I went back to move the loaner and then came back to cashier. I asked to speak to Frank. Frank proactively tried to improve my experience by offering a free detail and a SUV loaner car since I mentioned I am looking to get a SUV. I was at the cashier and doing the paper work to get the loaner SUV,Camille Miguel was there and asked why I cannot keep the same loaner car. Again her attitude made me feel like I am creating more work for them, if I keep the same loaner, I will not need to do all the paperwork AGAIN for the SUV. I have come to Lexus for all my services and I am a happy customer up till today. Camille Miguel is a big factor. She truly delivered a DMV experience and made me feel like I did something wrong twice. I appreciate Frank trying hard to improve my experience. This is my honest opinions.
