I am very happy with the service that Frank Moreno provided for me. His customer service is excellent. His attention to detail also excellent . He is knowledgeable, patient, kind and most efficient. I think Lexus is lucky to have him.

I think Frank was amazing. I’m unhappy with the service overall because my car seemed to have never been serviced in the previous trips of come in. On top of that, I’m expecting pictures of my wheels which have not been delivered. I followed up but never got a call back or the pictures. I want them before they get serviced cause I want to know for certain whether my rims were even worked on in the last 6 months.

I’m disappointed because I asked for my car carpet be washed & willing to pay for it & when I got the car the carpet was not washed & inside car was not wiped clean. That was the only reason I didn’t use mobile service of Fremont Lexus so I could have my car cleaned too. I didn’t care to pay for it just didn’t have time to go inside & complain.
