I was disappointed in the new pick up procedure. I waited about 15 minutes in the cold weather to get my car. Nobody offered to help me when I went outside. One person looked at my paperwork and said “ I think someone is getting your car”. Finally someone else asked if I needed help, and got me my car. I felt that I was treated fine before I paid for service, but once I paid my bill, nobody really cared about giving me prompt service. I like the old pick up procedure where I could stay in the warm building until I saw that my car was delivered in front of the building.

I'm so happy to have crossed paths with Tony. Since I have been a Lexus owner for at least the last 10 years he if the first person that has truly gone above and beyond what I expect out of a service representative. Your service was very bad today. I had to wait one hour today so you go to my car and find insurance paper so you can give me a loaner car. You did not ask me in advance so I provide you with my insurance information until my wife emailed me a copy of insurance for you to give me the loaner car.I give you 2 out of 10 for a very bad service today.

Frank was great. The guys who delivered the car back were a bit sluggish. I waited in the cold for about 20 minutes before they got the car to the pickup driveway.
