My advisor was nice, but I felt like he was rushed. Like he just wanted me in and out in 5mins. Directions on where to get my keys (after the service was done) wasn’t communicated with me and I was looking around my car when it wasn’t there. I got a text message that my car was done, but wasn’t told what to do next. I felt like I was sorta being taken advantage of when told the 60k service was 1,300 And was told “they do the sparks plus and everything..even the oil change—I may be female, but I do know a few things about cars and I know it doesn’t cost that much and that it’s way overpriced —pleas don’t belittle me. And 275$ for a tire? Do you think I’m nuts? I just felt like these people thought I was some ignorant woman who doesn’t know anything about cars and just wanted to see what they could get out of me. Service didn’t really seem genuine and honest like the last time I was here.
