Always impressed with Lexus SC's service department. Contrary to the common perception that it's better and cheaper to go to an independent, I find going to Lexus SC to be a better experience than going to independents, and the price in this case, was better than what an independent quoted. The convenience of a loaner car and the bundt cakes are a bonus!
