Front desk needs friendly to treat every customer. I heard "Sir, line is here", no eye contact, cold voice tone. I seem made a big mistake so they treat me like that.
I brought in vechile at 9 :20am and got completion call at 4pm. For a rear mirror change, it seems take too long for this work. Insurance company pays .7 labor hour and your charge is 1.3 hour. So why it took more than 7 hours to complete this work?
When I received the repaired car, I was not show the new rear mirror operation. This is not a complete comfortable as I have to verify this fix by myself later.
I paid $1200. I deserve to get the quality service I should have.
