Hi there,
Tommy was helpful at the initial service but I was disappointed with the lack of updates on timing as well as the quality when receiving the car. I was given an estimate of 2 - 2.5 hours (which would be between 11-12 pickup from my 8:40am appointment) and around noon still hadn’t heard an update/time estimate when requested. I had to call to ask in the afternoon so I that I could plan my day as I had to modify my schedule without a car. The car ended up not being ready til almost 3:30 (about 7 hours from my appointment time), and when I got in the car there was a dirty mark I had to wipe off of the drivers side door handle as well as missing one of my plastic floor mats. When I got home, I found it folded in the trunk. Someone who was cleaning my car also left a bottle of glass cleaner in the back seat. The best part of my service was the nice ride from my courtesy shuttle driver, Marshall. He was prompt, notified me when he was on his way, and friendly. In future I recommend checking the car fully before stating that it is ready for pickup. Thank you for listening.
