This took too long for just a 10k servicing. I had an appointment and I feel that all the cars done from just showing up at you service garage had priority before my scheduled service time. What’s the point of making an appointment?

More communication would be appreciated. I asked if the car would be ready by 2 pm because I had a meeting to attend. Carlos said yes but the car was not done until after 3pm by which time I had had to reschedule the meeting. If the car was not going to be done on time a simple text message would have been nice.
