Ramsin is great and had no connection to my dissatisfaction with the service. I was dissatisfied with the maintenance team; my car detail was so sloppy that it had to be redone.

James is always very responsive and professional. Your service team takes good care of our multi Lexus vehicles.
We are long time customers so when procedures change the front desk should provide that information when providing the loaner car. The guest should not be scolded. In addition, the drive should be better labeled. It is very confusing on exiting drive lanes. Also, we didn’t see a sign marking loaner car return. Maybe we missed it.
