Adrian was very attentive to my description of the intermittent issue of check engine light and I hope this time would solve the issue completely. As this is an issue of fuel system, Adrian was able to waive the diagnostic fee because I previously purchased an extended warranty insurance. Adrian was very responsive.

The failure in timely communication resulted in us not having our car for a family vacation. The one thing I told Frank is that we needed it back before we left- that didn’t happen and there did not seem to be any sense of urgency on Franks part. It RUINED our vacation because we did not have the seat to accommodate everyone we were taking. Our car was fixed but we were NOT taken care of. I will never use Frank again and am thinking of looking for another service center.
