I had to make multiple trips to the service center because I was told my car was ready when it wasn’t and then when I finally came to pay for my service I was given a huge bill that I didn’t agree to. It seemed like an honest mistake and it was handled appropriately after I questioned it, but still a very stressful experience.

I could not have asked for a better service experience as a first time Lexus owner. Tommy was a pleasure to deal with - he’s polite/respectful and kept me in the loop with my vehicle’s progress.
Only complaint was that the technician failed to secure the piano black window cluster to my door panel. Of course, here comes Tommy to the rescue... He waited for me as I drove back to your facility after work (he then took my vehicle back to the technician to finish the job)
Tommy won me over... I will be sure to schedule future appointments with him going forward.
