Caveat, it was my first time. My husband is usually the one taking the car to service.
It would have been perfect except for the fact that I received a text that my car was done and ready for pick-up around 2pm (I was tokd it would be around a little bit after noon), but it took another 2 hrs for shuttle to pick me up ( I live 3.5 miles away). Oh, and I didn’t know if I’m supposed to call for shuttle or if someone was going to call me so I called. Tommy was not available to take my calls so I was eventually connected to the shuttle desk. The lady at the shuttle desk did not sound happy that I called. Oh well.
The shuttle came (your tracking app i so bad), and when I got there, I still had to wait for my car. I got out of the service center at 4:15pm. I had appointments that I had to reschedule.
It was my first time and maybe that is the way it should have been. I had high or maybe unrealistic expectations. Other than that, everything seems to be fine. Tommy was nice and friendly.
I guess the lesson here is not to schedule anything when getting your car serviced

Promptly came to the check-in lane, and within minutes to the office, discussing what scheduled service were needed. Kept me informed of progress and updated me when the mechanical work was done. Cleaned and Washed the vechile and completed slightly ahead of promised time. Then, it was conveniently paid in the office, instead of lining up at the cashier line.
