I am skeptical as to the answer to the charge rate on the interior USB port, as i have successfully used the lower one without issue, even when ysing a navigation program. However, I am hopeful that with the problems documented, if they recur, it may help in the resolution of the problem. My disatisfaction is not with Adrian. It is with the original reporting of the problem back in January, and the way my edit of the current reason for bringing the car in "disappeared" after i updated it online .

My complaint was not satisfactory due to their decision. I have a high pitch sound on my front disbrake and they said they are not part of the warranty or part of the certified cars Policy. Therefore I’m stuck with a brakes with hitch sound every time I brakes. Not very happy about the outcome decision

The pick up experience was not the best - 2 customers waiting at the desk and no one offers to help until one of them goes to the shuttle desk and asks for it. It’s unclear if the many other people around are busy or it’s just “not their job” since they don’t seem to be talking to any customers. The person who did finally help me just pointed out the signature lines and said my car was outside. I guess that means everything is okay with the car? Since no one reviewed my 30,000 mile service with me I can only guess that it’s okay. Not the way I would have hoped for the service transaction to end.

Initially, I had my vehicle serviced at Fremont Lexus. When I decided to try Stevens Creek Lexus, my first experience was very good. However, my second visit was less than satisfactory. So, I decided this visit was going to be the deciding factor. Well, it started out a little shakey but I have to say Steve opened up after our initial meeting. I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me and taking the time to explain things to me more than once to ensure I was understanding. Stevens Creek Lexus has won me over and gained another satisfied customer. Keep up the great customer service - it really goes a long way. Thank you Steve!!!!!
