The service had two labor charges. The first one for finding out what’s wrong and 1 hour labor was charged. The second labor charge was for the repairs. I already told the service manager that the two side mirrors did not move side to side and need repair. One hour labor to find out what was wrong is excessive. You should only charge labor and parts for the repair.
