I recently had a windscreen installed in my convertible. Unfortunately the technician did not put any kind of protection over the sides of my car when he was installing the miscellaneous parts needed to hold the screen in place. Very upsetting as this led to a multitude of scratches on both sides of my car. I had to bring my car back in for the scratches to be buffed out. l showed the technician the misc. scratches before the car was worked on but when I went to pick up my car, several of the scratches were still there. This was frustrating as I had even asked the technician to please check over the car before I came to pick it up to be sure everything looked good. I was not happy that although the car had been in the shop all day I had to wait for the detail guy to spend more time working on the scratches that had not been removed. This whole ordeal combined with the fact that the technician was completely unapologetic about everything that had transpired really upset me!! Horrible experience!
