Service advisor was excellent and knowledgeable about my vehicle and what needed to be done. I was promptly greeted and processed and put into my loaner vehicle in about 20 minutes.

Adrian was great!!! He took care of me very quickly when my regular advisor was going to be delayed 30 minutes. So I will request Adrian going forward. The issue I had was waiting for our loaner car it took at least 40 minutes and then when I finally got a car it was covered in bird poop. not the quality i expect from Lexus. I understand sometimes we might have to wait longer than usual for a car but a dirty vehicle that is just unacceptable so I hope you make note of this. thank you.
