I am very happy with Lexus service provided by Marshall Blank. He has helped me maintain my car for past several years. I went in for a simple oil change this time. However Marshall took it quite seriously when I mentioned a small squeaky noise from the rear axle. He provided me a loaner car and did a detailed check on the issue. He walked extra miles than what I expected. I told my friends about my experience and will stay with Lexus for my future vehicle selection. Thanks, Marshall.
