Tommy was great and took extra care to make sure all my issues were addressed. He even helped me get a loaner for the car that I am thinking about upgrading to next year and it gave me a chance to drive it around for a few days. I plan to buy the 7-seater RX soon thanks to the trial run.

Service ran overtime but I was never informed. I kept calling Adrian on cell and direct line and via operator and did not receive a call back. Your operator, Mary?, called him and sent emails on my behalf. Finally got a call and update 2+ hours after service was supposed to be completed. Car was done and I asked for the car to be delivered to me and was told no but a shuttle would be sent. 30 minutes later I received a call to schedule a pickup. I said the car was already arranged and should have arrived 10 minutes ago. I was told that never happened. I then insisted on the car being delivered and it was. First time I recall having any issue with service over a 5+ year period. Lack of communication and follow through and apologizing was disappointing. I hope Adrian can be trained to better represent your brand.

The detail car service done on my car as complimentary service was absolutely great and satisfactory..! Every detail was looked into and the car looks stunningly brand new. I’m totally impressed by the service provided by Lexus service center at Martin Avenue this time. Also, I would like to comment on the outstanding support provided by two of the staff members at Lexus service center, Martin avenue , Mayra Mata and Sheryl , who helped my husband retrieve a bunch of lost keys that he accidentally left behind in the Uber car that was arranged by Lexus service center for him to travel to the service center to pick up the
serviced car. These two ladies went out of way to connect with the driver of the Uber and help us out of this stressful situation. I totally appreciate all of the efforts done to help us get back the lost keys. We are long time customers of Lexus and these experiences encourage us to continue being loyal customers of Lexus. Thank you and look forward for more pleasant experiences..!

Everything was great. Just one irritation: the Enterprise rental. I was not aware that I had to wait to be picked up (25 minutes) and then transported to their location on De La Cruz. Next time I’ll ask when I book as this is decidedly an inconvenience compared to a Lexus loaner vehicle.
