Dropping off the vehicle is always too slow.....there happen to be a computer problem that prevented me from picking up a loaner vehicle. The fact of it being able to function manually is pathetic. I wonder if I was trying to pick us my vehicle and there was a computer problem, what would happen. I suspect you would find a way to manually take my money.
