I greatly appreciated the cuteous & knowledgeable assistance from everyone. The work completed on my vehicle was above and beyond. The gentleman who guided me was kind, professional, & tentative. My only issue was the length of time it took. This wouldn’t have been an issue for me if I knew to expect that amount of time. What was supposed to be about 2 hours was over 4. Again, that amount of time really wouldn’t have been an issue if I knew ahead of time & I would’ve planned accordingly. Despite this, I’d like to be clear that I was 100% beyond satisfied with the service I received from each of the staff members I interacted with and the care of my vehicle.

This was my first visit to Lexus after purchasing a used Lexus. I was overwhelmed with the outstanding customer service. I called my brother and father telling them Lexus has made me a life time customer and encouraged them to do the same. The topping off of gas, car wash and vacuum for a service where I was not paying anything and getting a free recall was impressive. You are now my dealership of choice. I will drive my Lexus ES 350 until I can afford another one and change my service provider to Lexus even if it means driving from Morgan Hill to Santa Clara. Well done! Your business model is stellar!
