The windshield was broken during service and the worst part was there was no feedback next day on the status of the vehicle. Chris had the day off and it was handed over to someone and it was not communicated to me. When I finally got to speak with manager, Todd, he was condescending in his tone and never admitted the mistake or offered an apology.
frank finally called at the end of day and updated the status. He also corrected the invoice because the labor for windshield repair was charged although it was broken during the service, When I picked the car up, my car was dirty with stains of bird droppings all over and windshield had two huge blue tapes which I was asked not to remove till Saturday!!! I am not sure where they parked my car overnight and when I complained on how dirty it was they gave me a voucher for car wash, which I will probably not use.
