honestly, I wasn't too upset about it taking 2 hours for a simple brake inspection as opposed to the fact that no one, not a single person, chose to follow up with me or keep me informed in what was going on. I made an online appointment and apparently Ramsin said next time I should call and talk to someone. does it really matter? if so, then don't give me the option to book appointments online! at least give me options to work with. or state in your coupons you email out that wait time can vary etc etc. poor customer service from all levels.
