Melissa, Vince,Neil and Matt were great when I had my NX serviced at Stevens Creek Lexus service center. My Vehicle was promptly returned. Vince was great shuttling me back and forth to my work. Neil was informative when I purchased my floor mats. Melissa arranged my appointment and shuttle. She also went over my service. Matt and Melissa tried to help me with Enform App Suite.

I greatly appreciated having the convenience of my car being picked up at my home.Service advisor and tow operator were very friendly, helpful and professional.
I was perplexed when Lizette contacted me in the morning asking me if Lexus was picking up my car. My response was “Well you are a representative of Lexus so YOU tell me if you are planning to keep your commitment to pick up my car at 9am?”. Better communication would have been for her to call and say she was calling to confirm the pick up of my car.

I received exceptional service from Carlos! He explained everything and was friendly. Actually everyone who helped me was extremely polite and helpful. I cleaned out my car to prepare for Lexus to detail my car, however I forgot my garage door opener on the visor. A driver from Lexus brought it to my house! This made a huge difference, because I did not have time to drive back to Lexus Service! When I picked up my car, it did not have any had, and the service technician took it to the gas station and put gas in it for me. You guys provide the best service!
