My visit to Lexus was positive and Marshall was very helpful with all my questions and issues. The part was delayed so I did have to pick up a day later but thankfully I was free that day. I hope not to come across that problem again on another trip out to Lexus...it can mess up one’s schedule. I will be back for service!

Melissa was great but just felt like the staff on the area where you pull into does not make you feel welcome or aknowledge me when I pulled up and got out of my car. Did not ask where I needed to go? Would have liked a little more help with direction on where to go.

I had to wait 40 minutes after paying my bill to get my car. Everyone else was getting their cars in 5 minutes. No one could tell me what was going on. Finally someone told me they couldn’t find it. It ended up being in the washer. My question , which no one could answer, is why wasn’t the car washed 6 hours earlier when I was notified my car was ready. Very disappointed and with the cost of the service, I may not be back.

Our experience with you and the staff was not the problem. The20 minute wait when we arrived before we could be checked in was unacceptable. I spoke with a manager. Having 3, 4 or 5 if the drivers standing around doing nothing while they and customers are waiting that long to be checked in is a very bad optic. It is not the best way to start our service experience
