First of all I felt like I was not wanted there due to circumstance that my vehicle was new as I just bought the vehicle, but the vehicle is not up to standard or perfections as Lexus stand by. James insisted I should come back when my vehicle is due for the first oil change or service and they can look into my issues. Then what's the point of making an appointment then. I felt becuase of the work or diagnosis of my vehicle covered under warranty either James and or the technician wouldn't get paid well so my concern wouldn't be important as much as another customer coming in and paid for service. James just took information of my car and walk away, for brief moments I wasn't sure wait for him by the check in or follow him to his office. I truly feel I'm not a value customer becuase my vehicle too new and getting vehicle service or repair.

When picking up the car I was informed that the 5000 complementry service didn’t include the oil change because it “wasn’t needed”. This is understandable because the car is running synthetic oil and can go longer than 5000 miles but the car just hit a year. Based on our rate of usage of the vehicle we will hit 10000 miles for our next complementary service 2 years into owning the vehicle. I know for most oils they recommend a period of time as well as a distance value for when the next oil change is due. But since you said 10k will be when it needs to be changed, we will follow that. Just seems like information we should of been told up front instead of at pickup, I hope 2 years into the vehicle is viable for the vehicle.
Second, when recieving the car the car was cleaned but poorly. They didn’t get some dirt off the hood missing some spots. When entering the interior it was cleaned. But there appeared to be large blotches of dried cleaner on the door runners, door leather, and on the switches on the driver side door. We cleaned it ourselves but it wasn’t a good way to get the car back.
