The car dealership is a strange place to have your faith in humanity restored but that's just what happened as I drove back from Lexus of Stevens Creek. I was having rough week after Satan made my crazy sister drop my work key into the shifter during an argument and as luck would have it the oil maintenance light blinked on a few days after. The silver lining of this mess was that I was confident I could trust in Tony to make things better and boy did he deliver. After telling him the problem, Tony informed me that the car would have to be dismantled from the bottom to retrieve the key. He quoted me $140 and said it'd probably only be half. I entrusted my car under his reliable care and a few hours later he told me that the team had searched for more than two hours but just couldn't find it. I don't blame them for not being able to find the key and didn't want them to rip out the carpet out my car to continue the search. What really impressed me was the fact that they didn't charge me despite how much time and effort it must have taken to take the car apart and look. Thanks again Tony and everyone who helped look for the key, going as far as taking pictures of the process which provided me the peace of mind that no effort was spared to fulfill my request. Shout out to Alex who cleaned my car and made my wheels nice shiny- thank you. Whoever made that little pile of hair ties I had lost over the years in my cup holder, I had a good laugh over it. Every time I come back to the dealership I already know I'm gonna get good service yet you guys still manage to exceed my expectations and somehow do even better than the last visit. Keep up the amazing work.
