Here's the deal. This experience was hands down my best service experience for any car I've ever had - ever! From start to finish, and even later in the day when I opened the rear passenger door for my 6-year old son when I picked him up from school and saw a Lexus bear sitting there on his booster seat.
- Reception was quick and easy.
- Shuttle ride with the driver, Marshall, was great. It was truly a pleasure speaking with him to and from my place of work. I felt even more educated about the Lexus brand as well as other brands and why Lexus was a great choice for this vehicle.
- Pick up was quick and easy.
- And like I stated, finding that stuffed Lexus bear in the seat just nailed it! What a nice touch!
This visit was for my wife's NX300. I currently drive a BMW and can say 2 things.
1. While I do like the BMW service folks, this Lexus service visit scores a notch higher.
2. I have about 10K left before I might be buying a different vehicle. I had my eyes on an Audi, but am definitely going to take a close look at buying a Lexus for myself.

When l left the car at 7:30 AM, Marshall said the car would be ready in about 3 hours. At 12 noon I had received no status. I called Marshall' cell and direct number and was unable to get an answer.
I then called the Main number and talked with service. The person I spoke with checked the status, said the car was finished and ready for pickup. I just wonder how long the car was " finished" and why I was not notified.
