The service manager was fine.
I had to get a shuttle ride to my work, and the guy driving me had some right wing talk radio blasting. I found it very uncomfortable. When I get a shuttle ride, I think no one should have to listen to any sort of loud political radio, whether right wing or left wing or anything.
When I asked him to turn it off, he turned it down, but not off.
All the previous times I’ve taken the shuttle from Lexus, it was fine. No shuttle driver has ever acted like this before .... they have all been friendly and professional.
The car service was fine and the car was clean and brought out quickly.
Michael Babcock was fine.
However, I would find it very uncomfortable to take my car back if I have to deal with the same shuttle driver next time. I’ll make sure to bring my auto insurance card and get a loaner.
