Chet was exceptional. Our Lexus 300h is approaching 6 years. Chet offered helpful advice to ensure our Lexus was well cared for. He also contacted me with a status. And arranged a loaner SUV at my preference so I could experience a Lexus of interest. Chet met me onsite at the pick-up and sheparded me through the final steps. I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful. The quality of service on the car was terrific.
One najor needed improvement is to reduce the drop-off time. It took me 30 minutes outside to drop off the car in the line outside. Thx!

I was there for oil maintenance, the light is still on! It has not been reset. I was told that in spection my battery need to be change; however battery is working just fine!
