But I am just curious how come your service advisers keep changing all the time? For instance, I did a 25,000 mileage service for my zTX 350ib June that. Melissa is responsible to handle my case. She is great so I want assign her to be my service adviser this time.Unfortunately she was off yesterday, so someone else takes care of my case this time. Today I go to pick up my car and the guy who takes care of my case is absent today.... So someone else handles my case instead. I just feel wired how come your staff seem don’t work on the daily basis.

1. My loaner car was not cleaned out before it was provided to me. The previous person left a bunch of stuff in the trunk that they needed. So I had to coordinate with them to make arrangements to meet them so they could pick up their stuff as they needed it the next day.
2. I paid $300 for you guys to detail my car and it was returned washed, but certainly not detailed. The trunk door was still dirty, a side mirror was clouded up with soap and smear marks, the bottom of the driver's side door still had dirt and shoe prints on it, there was still debris left in between my seats, and several areas of the leather on the doors had smears of something glossy on them, and the center control panel and screen had smear marks all over them. Pretty poor job. I pay a premium for you to detail my car and should get it returned to me without all these oversights and such sloppiness. The detail manager was great and very responsive and took my car back to redo for me. This is great, but should not have happened and is an inconvenience to the customer to have to come back again.
You need some quality assurance in place over there.
