Hi. Im satisfied with the service itself. However, the wait was ridiculous. I had an appointmnet at 11 am and i was still at my vehicle waiting for check in at 11:30. When asked why not implementing an appointment line and a non-appointment line, kind of like DMV or any restaurant, I couldnt get a straight answer from anyone. Come on, what's the point of even making an appointment then??
