I was not happy that I had to
1) get a loaner car from Enterprise
2) had to wait until 9am for Enterprise to open ( I had a 8am appointment).
I should have been told about the arrangements when I made the appointment, ( and I would have come in at 9) or Lexus should give their own loaners out the first hour. The lame excuse “ there are too many recalls and not enough cars” does not work for me. And “the appointment was made from Southern California “ does not equal excellent customer service.

The drive up reception area is afraid to ask for a Service consultant to help. I had an appointment but had to wait 35 minutes before I took it upon myself to ask someone to help. It shouldn’t be that an appointment means nothing unless you have made your appointment with a specific advisor. Marshall Blank was great, but the experience I’d wait was horrible as compared to BMW or Mer es.
