I was promised the car latest 1:30. After phone calls and finally going to the front desk I got the car at 2:30. I missed my doc appointment and had to pay them for the missed appt. I made all this clear to Adrian before I left my car. And I don’t think my cat was vacuumed or washed- everything was as is with the exception of a signed paper saying it was washed and vacuumed. Never had this experience with lexus before.

I have a warning light on my dashboard that will not go away. It is the tire pressure warning light. Does this need to be reset? Or does it do it on its own after a few days of driving after my 80000 mile service? Also my driver door lock still does not work?
