The service was excellent and the people I encountered were very friendly and professional. My expectation was my vehicle would be returned to me exactly as I left it with service rep. I was disappointed when I got into the SUB to drive home. My settings had been changed. Now I have to go back to the user manual to figure out what I want. Kind of a pain.
