It took over a week for my car to be fixed and during that time there was no communication letting me know what was going on, even after I texted expressing concern and requesting an update. I recognize that my vehicle is not a Lexus and therefore was probably a low priority, but my vehicle before this one was an RX 350 so I am familiar was typical Lexus standards and were I to purchase another Lexus in the future I would have 2nd thoughts about buying it here. It doesn’t say good things to me that I likely didn’t receive the same customer service as others just because I bought a used car with a limited warranty that wasn’t a Lexus. However, I do appreciate that the warranty was honored. Thank you.

Steve Bertolacci was my service agent and he was great, professional, and personable. He advised me to get wheel alignment and thoroughly checked my service record and future scheduled services make sure all services were met for the prepaid service warranty. What I appreciated about Steve was that he advised and recommended by telling me the benefits of doing a service at Lexus versus at a competitor. He told me of current service promotions that highlight why getting it done at Lexus is better. Not every service professional does a good job advising like Steve so I really appreciated it.
