This comment is not about Carlos who did an excellent job. The comment is about the excessive time I had to spend before I could get to see an advisor. Since I had made an appointment, I was expecting to see an advisor right away but I had to wait for over 30 minutes. The same happened when I came to pick up my car. Long wait and they had not vacuumed the trunk even when I had requested that and there was a paper in the car that specifically asked for it. Overall, not the best experience I am sorry to say.
