Dru was very friendly, informative and a pleasure to meet. He was very professional and Lexus is lucky to have hired him. Through no fault of his, the service center kept our key fob and Dru called immediately and we are waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Problem solved. Thanks Dru!

The problem wasn’t necessarily with Melissa ( I’m assuming). But this was a horrible customer service experience. My car wasn’t even washed. I will be calling on Tuesday to discuss my dissatisfaction with Lexus. It took 30 minutes before anyone can to check me in when I arrived. The ladies at the rental car was rude. Barely made eye contact and acting like they were too occupied to greet me. The issues go on....
