They fail to vacuum clean my car properly. I showed it to the staff and they agreed. Also I do not like being picked up by the Uber driver. The back of his car smelled He was not at all polite to me. I should’ve been given a choice waiting for One of your drivers and should’ve been asked in advance and if I wanted to wait. You should report the name of the Uber driver to the company because she was not very polite.
As far as the vacuum cleaning of my car the driver seat Matt and she was not even clean
