Price was higher than quoted per my notes. I noticed this when I put my credit card in. I did not approve the amount as I was discussing the breakdown with the cashier. I asked to have advisor call me Wednesday. He handed me paperwork. I asked about the credit card as I had not yet approved or signed. He said the machine just does it automatically if I don’t approve. That feels Luke an unauthorized charge. For the past 8 years I had service advisor James And all was great with total satisfaction. He is gone and this experience was not good. Perhaps just anomalies but don’t understand how you charged my card prior to my approval. Nancy
