The service technician mike was good! But the shuttle driver told me he was not able to pick me at 5 and to get an Uber. Then on my way to pick my car another person called trying to schedule a pick up. Very confusing. Then when I finally pick up my car the car didn’t not look washed at at.

I am happy with the mechanical service on my LS (75K + rear brakes). However, I did ask expressly to forego the complimentary wash service, since I had just had my car detailed at the cost of several hundred dollars. Mike told me he made a note of this in my service order. However, I was dismayed to find when I picked up the car a letter on my seat saying "Your Lexus was courtesy washed and vacuumed by Nathan on 11/6 2018". The windows were streaked and the sealant film applied by my detailer was degraded. What most upsets me was the application of tire dressing. I really hate the tire dressing Lexus Stevens Creek uses and always ask that it not be applied, even on the occasions when I do accept the complimentary car wash. It looks horrible, ages poorly, wipes off on and badly stains clothes, and slings black goo onto my white paint. Worst of all, it is virtually impossible to remove from my tires. With my old tires I tried all sorts of soaps and solvents without much success. I recently bought new tires and until my service date they had never been soiled with the Lexus tire dressing. Now I must again try to find some way of removing it to restore my new tires to look like new tires. In short I feel that my $200+ detail job was largely wasted, and I'm frustrated at the prospect of having to spend my weekend hours scrubbing my tires with hazardous chemicals to remove the dressing. Especially when I expressly asked these services not to be performed.

Steve did an excellent job covering the service needed for my Lexus 330. I also needed a tire replacement due to a flat tire. He reminded me of the warranty in place to insure I received the new tire at no additional charge. Great customer experience from Steve! Thank you, Karen S
