Nathan was absolutely wonderful. I will use him again as an service agent. However, the team that cleaned my car changed my mirrors setting where as when I lock my door, the side mirrors won’t close in. Also, they left dirty wet rags, I assume they used to dry my car in my car on the driver seat and didn’t remove the plastic covering for the seat, which is interesting when the guy gave me my car back had no reaction to it. On the passenger side it seem like someone stepped on my door handle on the inside of the car as well. I would like them to be more careful. Please and thank you.

I am satisfied with Steve side. But with valets I am so disappointed. After Steve left I was waiting more than an hour to get my car. First they said, they couldn’t find my car I told them that it is in car wash as Steve told me. Around 6:15pm the short guy brought my car and told me that the car wash machine is broken. I am so disappointed. At 4:45pm Steve told me that the car is with car wash guys.

My car was damaged by rodents. They repaired the damage, but did not leave me or my car any less vulnerable to such damage in the future. Rodents are part of our environment, like rain, and it is ridiculous that this car is vulnerable to them, and that damage is not even covered under warranty. Michael did not give much help either, other than some vague recommendations for techniques that may or many not work; and he seemed to think it perfectly reasonable that Lexus would sell me a $50k car and then refuse to pay for damage by something that I am mostly powerless to prevent. He also did not seem willing to represent my views to Lexus.
