Your technician reported a non reparable puncture in my my right front tire. You told me that the tire was unrepairable, and you told me I would have to pay over $500 for a new tire. My husband took the car to a reputable tire service company, which found a very shallow nail less than 1/16th long which did not puncture the tire. It was removed with no evidence of puncture. I would have expected Lexus to have made a more accurate diagnosis. I found this a little disappointing. Your personal service was helpful.

Mr. Mielcarz, was knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. Aside for the reason for my visit(oil change) he warned me about my severely worn tires and asked if I have taken actions in replacing them. Fortunately, I knew beforehand about the conditions of my tires, but the point of Mr. Milecarz bringing them to my attention suits the standards of Lexus, going above and beyond for Lexus’s loyal customers.
