I find no fault with the service provided by you personally, Deep. We just wish we had known about the loaner car situation in advance, I.e., that one had to reserve a car! The shuttles were busy so we were willing to take Uber to a nearby shopping mall but the return pick up service fell through the cracks and we had a very long wait. Once back at Lexus, we found the car wasn’t ready at all because it was waiting to be washed because the car washer was broken. I’ve never experienced such chaos there before!

Yes BUT:we were upset because the key fob batteries were not replaced as promised. Diane Craig made arrangements for us to get new batteries at Lexus of Fresno which is 45 miles from from where we are spending the week. That was done. But it was an inconvenience. FYI: I was unable to unlock the car in the morning. Luckily Anthony’s key worked.
